★★ IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM AGBF FOUNDER TO CUSTOMERS ★★ Dear Customer, I am writing this letter as the Director of A Girls Best Friend. You would have either received this direct or your be shown a copy via your Fashion Consultant. I understand that the delivery status of some of your items has taken longer than the 21 days that we do allow for you to receive your items. Unfortunately, in October / November we experienced some problems with the suppliers that we had taken on board. In December we sat down with the suppliers and agreed long term agreements with them, whereas we work with them on a three strike rule. If an order with that particular supplier goes over the date specified on our webpage then we will cancel the contract. Since we have put this into place on the first it has made things so much better. This does not help those who placed an order prior to the first of December, so for any customer that has been waiting for 21 days or longer I am willing to offer a store credit to your AGBF account for you to spend on anything in our store, or I will offer you a refund. Please be advised that a refund will appear back to your payment method within 5-7 business days of us processing the refund. For those of you who have been waiting for your items and you are still within 21 days, then I can assure that you will receive your items within the time frame. As our terms state on the website that you are allowed 21 days for delivery you have to give it 21 days. This is why I have asked all my consultants to ensure that you read the shipping and returns policy before placing an order. I can assure you if you place an order with us again that if it states on the webpage that an item will be delivered within 7 days then you will receive your item within that time frame.
