We have had two frosty nights here in Dinwiddie. Now is the time to take any cuttings of anything you want to save and grow inside. I am going out to take some cuttings of my late tomatoes that are looking great right now. I will root them and grow them on in the high tunnel til about January when it gets too cold for them even in there. I might as well harvest the green tomatoes too, as a hard frost will ruin the fruit. They will ripen inside or I can use some as green tomatoes for frying and for chutney. I guess I better get a move on!
