So today is the 6th time I have driven by Bass Lake Heights after the Courtney Fire. It gets harder every time, holding back tears of what I see. This fire was brutal and so devastating!!!! Many of the houses werent just burnt, but destroyed down to nothing but cinder blocks and chimneys. How much this fire consumed in such a short time is heart breaking. With all considered it was only an act of God that no one died!! A sign thanking the emergency personnel in a charred lot where someones home was, is overwhelming! Keep praying for those who lost their homes here!!! And everyone pray for the King Fire which is huge and burning the Sierra Nevada Mountains!!!
