IMPORTANT! Please read the letter below: January 13, 2015 To our Glen Ellyn store customers: As some of you may know, we have been engaged in an ongoing contract dispute with the Landlord and Management Company since opening our store. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, we have been unable to reach a compromise that is agreeable to both parties. Unfortunately this leaves us in a position that would hinder both our short and long-term goals for the store, so it is with heavy hearts that we have to announce we’ll be leaving this location by the end of February. In the short time we’ve been open, we’ve been blessed to meet a lot of really great people and their truly awesome pets…the pictures on our wall speak for themselves. The eager welcome and ongoing support we’ve received has been as warm and earnest as we could have hoped for. We’re truly disappointed that we weren’t able to bring this store to its full potential, but we’re also big believers in the idea that when one door closes, another will open. We’ll continue selling items for the next couple of weeks, but our inventory stock will be low on many products, so please call if you’re looking for something specific. Returns, rewards and gift certificates are all valid at either of our other stores if you can’t make it in before we close.
