INCREASE YOUR AWARENESS… Your thoughts are things that create your realities. What you think strongly influences your emotions and where you vibrate at an emotional level will determine what you attract into your life. For example, if youre living in a state of anger, hatred, and resentment, then you will attract this type of energy into your life. On the other hand, if youre operating through joy, love, and compassion, you will naturally attract more of the same, high-frequency, positive experience towards you. One of the most powerful, positive states you can occupy is the STATE OF GRATITUDE. When you feel grateful for what you have, you naturally open up the channels to attract more abundance into your life and more for which to be grateful. Its a positive feedback loop that gets stronger with conscious awareness and practice. Two of the best times of the day to practice stepping into the state of gratitude are before going to bed at night and before getting out of bed in the morning. Just before bed, think of at least five things that you are grateful for or that went well during the day. Keep a gratitude log or a journal by your bed and write these things down. Do this just before going to bed, and it will help set your thoughts into your subconscious while you sleep. Before you get out of bed, youre also likely to still be in this state. Practice this often and watch what happens. What you focus on will expand, and that can be a very good thing. When you allow the Truth of the Word to come into your experience; you will discover that the word of the Lord is always revealing new, exciting and refreshing truth to come into your experience. Psalm 138 A Thankful Heart 1 I will give You thanks with all my heart; I will sing Your praise before the heavenly beings. 2 I will bow down toward Your holy temple and give thanks to Your name for Your constant love and truth. You have exalted Your name and Your promise above everything else. 3 On the day I called, You answered me; You increased strength within me. 4 All the kings on earth will give You thanks, Lord, when they hear what You have promised. 5 They will sing of the Lord’s ways, for the Lord’s glory is great. 6 Though the Lord is exalted, He takes note of the humble; but He knows the haughty from a distance. 7 If I walk into the thick of danger, You will preserve my life from the anger of my enemies. You will extend Your hand; Your right hand will save me. 8 The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me. Lord, Your love is eternal; do not abandon the work of Your hands. :-)
