INCREDIBLE ( is it ???? ) Local Police strikes again. Local policemen tried to forcefully take a dog right from its leash, from his owners hand. Drumul Taberei, Bucharest, Romania, UE, 2013 Here you have the story about the criminal nobodies, corrupt and useless belonging to the institution called, totally wrong , the local police which in fact is a criminal group which watches over the illicit businesses which take place in the markets, parkings, parks and, recently in the shelters for stray dogs. We ask for the reduction of the fee of 219 Lei per captured dog, to only 21 lei, as it should be. We refuse to continue to accept the waste of public money and we want to discourage a very profitable industry such as this of , of the capture of stray dogs, in all possible manners. In this way, the abuses towards the dogs owners will be also discouraged, because they are constantly brutalised by the dog catchers and the local police, because of the high price for one captured dog. This is the story of Sansu S, as it happened yesterday Oct.30, 2013, in Drumul Taberei, Bucharest, Romania, UE , 2013 Yesterday, around noon, I went to the Post Office in Drumul Taberei, with my dog - common breed - one of the four dogs I have, one which I raised since he was a puppy, and now is 3 years old. Of course, my dog was on leash and walked nicely next to me. A few hundreds feet from the SuperMarket BILLA - Drumul Taberei - a few vans ( which rode in a column ) with ASPA markings, and one car belonging to the Local Police, stopped. Immediately, one dog catchers, with a fishnet, jumped on me and tried to take my dog away from me. With my dog ON LEASH. I made few steps back and I held the leash even tighter in my hand, as tight as I could, asking them to stop these abuses. In that very moment, two policemen from the local police, equiped like jeandarmes, came to help the dog catcher, together with other dog catchers from that crew, and surounded me and started pulling my cloths. I started yelling that this is abuse, that this is my dog, that I have document, and health card and microchip and that he is sterilized. The policemen and the dog catchers did not even want to hear and continued to pull me. One policeman tried to pull one of my hands behind my back, and the other policeman treid to pull the leash out of my other hand. At that moment I started screaming for help, because it was almost 1 pm, and lots of people started to come towards the SuperMarket. two women and one men started yelling at them to leave me alone because this is abuse to try to take my dog from the leash, right in front of me. Meanwhile I threaten them that I will call my lawyer because this is an incredible abuse, and people continued to yell, thus the policemen and the dog catchers took off.
