INDEFINITE BANDH ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY-61 Correspondent ZUNHEBOTO, JUN 22(NPN): Dismayed over the silence and non responsive attitude of the Zunheboto District administration and law enforcing agencies with regard to the June 12 shooting incident, which claimed one life and grievously injuring the other, both civilian, the NGOs, Civil bodies, Students’ Union etc of Akuluto/VK Area has resolved to impose indefinite ban on NH-61 & Akuluto/VK area jurisdiction. Speaking exclusively, the President VK Range Students’ Union, Inaka Assumi informed that the GBs Association of Akuluto/VK Area, VK/Akuluto Range Students’ Union, STHs of VK/Akuluto Area and other civil bodies of both the area had unanimously resolved to impose indefinite bandh along the NH-61 and VK/Akuluto area starting tomorrow morning 6am. All the traffic/vehicular movements will be restricted, except military, police, medical and press/media fraternity failing which any defaulter(s) will be doing at their own risk in case of any unseen circumstances or eventualities. The bandh will remain in force till further information
