Remember to support HFD Pipes & Drums in 2014. We cant do it without you. We enjoy the honor and privilege of performing at Retiree Funerals, Active Duty Deaths, LODDs, Cadet Graduations, Awards Ceremonies and Fire Service related Charity Events on behalf of all of our HFD Firefighters and for the General Population of Houston as well. As well, we make the effort to travel to the services of other cities in order to represent the good people of Houstons condolences and sympathies for another town going through a tragedy. All of these events, uniforms and equipment cary a high annual expense. We are so fortunate to enjoy the generous and thoughtful donations of our supporters year after year. Once again, we humbly ask for your support this year. In the Files section of this very page one may find the Payroll Deduction form that allows the COH Payroll Department to perform a deduction from each paycheck. The minimum allowed is $1 per check and THAT is all that we would ask for from our supporters. Just submit them to anyone in the band. And do not forget that any donations are Tax Deductible ! Please, please also consider a similar contribution to the HFD Honor Guard as well. We are separate entities but do everything together. One may fill out a separate form for them and give it to any H.G. member that you know or can contact. We also accept cash and check donations and issue Charitable Receipts.
