INDEPENDENT /FREELANCE MARKETERS Our client one of the up and coming human capital company who is into training and development seeks hard working and ambitious young men and women who can make a living working on their own through marketing of their training services. Qualified candidate will be employed as permanent staff if they are able meet up with their sales target within the set period of time. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Ability to sell training service. • Analytical and effective and must be a trainable individual. • Successful candidate must be dependable and flexible, must be a self-starter and have good selling skills to be able to market and win new customers. • Preparation of daily Sale report. • Make recommendation to management on customer demands. • Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies for effective marketing. • Must possess good communication skills and high sense of discipline. • Target driven, self-motivated and a goal getter with passion for excellence.
