[INFO] Song Hye Kyo will attend the 2013 Chinese International Film Festival. She will attend the event in honor of the film The Grandmasters being selected as the opening film. A representative for the Chinese International Film Festival stated on June 5th, “Song Hye Kyo is confirmed to attend the film festival. In preparation for Director John Woo’s The Crossing, she is going back and forth between Korea and China, but is expected to attend the film festival’s opening ceremony.” The Grandmasters team will gather in one place. Director Wong Kar-wai and other starring actors including, Tony Leung and Zhang Ziyi, have also decided to come to Korea. The representative conveyed, “Both the director and starring actors are expected to come together in this significant position.” Song Hye Kyo plans to participate actively in the opening ceremony with The Grandmasters team. Together, they will do the press conference and red carpet events, which will be held on June 16th in Seoul at CGV Yeouido. They are expected to have the opportunity to meet fans up close.
