A Male Person Arrested for Violation of Article 177 (Usurpation of Authority) & Article 179 of the RPC (Illegal Use of Uniforms and Insignia), Illegal Possession of Firearm & Ammunitions in Relation to Violation of Omnibus Election Code INGAT SA PEKENG POLICE O TOTOONG POLICE NA NANGONGOTONG DAPAT IREPORT AGAD. One male person was arrested identified as RYAN MASAGANDA y MANEGO, 31 yrs old, married, unemployed and a resident of San Miguel 2, Morning Breeze, Ilaya St., Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa City at around 3:50 p.m of October 10, 2013 at the Ground Floor of Star Mall, Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the arrest, combined elements of Intelligence & PCR Section led by PCINSP DANILO QUIDIP with SPO1 Jesus Andayon, SPO1 Steven Solebaga and PO2 Reynold Aguirre acted on the Request for Firearm Verification to the Chief, Record/License Section against one Ryan Manego Masaganda dated October 3, 2013 and Verification to the Chief, Records Section, FLD, Camp Crame, Quezon City against Ryan Manego Masaganda dated October 3, 2013which resulted to the arrest of the suspect who was then in complete PNP GOA Uniform pretending as Police Chief Inspector.
