#INSERT 11 LATER...An incoming call for mama. It was Mam Sophie, she was our neighboring friend at my dads house. Mam Sophie:hello is this Fifi? Mom: yes.how can i help you. Mam Sophie: Your husband tried to kill himself , We found him hanging himself on a roof using a string. Mom:Hee! Leave him...let him kill his self .It wil be minis one problem. Mam Sofie:Hai! Please, Fifi maan you have to come back and fix things. People will blame you for his death. Mom:let them blame me..im used to being blamed.I have to go , bye bye. Nathi:mama I miss ubaba, I wish I was with him. Me:how about we go visit him tomorrow? Mom:Its okay, im sure he missed you alot too. In my mind I had thought that said he regretted his faults, and that he was willing to fix those faults. My dad was one person who never found himself wrong. He blamed people for his faults. He would say hes sorry but would say it with anger. He was one man whom had a soft spot, when he was sombre youd say im lying this man was a good man. He never wanted church. He believed in ancestors but played with them, he promised them to do ceremonies but never did. This man never fooled ancestors only but fooled the people who loved him.He felt strong when he was drunk, fighting people. But he was weak in spirit.He was a lost man. What I like about me and mama is that we never gave up on praying.Till this day we still pray.Where it got worse we pressed on. The next morning we woke up.Never cleaned because we were afraid to ,we lived in a house where we didnt know we are doing things right or wrong. We took a bath me and Nathi....off we went to dad. He was listening to music. He repeated a song by Rihanna-Pull the Trigger. He made us food. Sat down and he apologized.I saw something ive never seen in him.#TEARS. His apology sounded meaningful and real. Oh how! I love that Man...!
