INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WRAPS - REALLY EASY TO DO YOURSELF Wraps should be done 3 days apart as the product continues to work!!! I would suggest doing a dummy run of wrapping without the lotion just to get used to doing it yourself. It is really important that you drink 2-3 pints of water, diluting juice (sugar free) in water or pre-packed flavoured water (still not fizzy) a day, 2-3 days before and 2-3 days after the wrap. You can continue to drink your normal tea, coffee etc but it doesn’t count towards your water intake. A really good tip is to measure your bottle with a ruler and split your bottle into sections with a marker pen to ensure your using enough cream. Lie your bottle on its side and in pen mark out these sections for whatever dress size you are. A size 14 or under mark 1.6cm sections starting from the bottom (8 wraps) A size 14+ Mark 2.1cm sections starting from the bottom (6 wraps) A size 20+ Mark 2.5cm sections starting from the bottom (5 wraps) You use a whole section of lotion if you are wrapping your tummy and you put the lotion on your tummy around your sides and back as well. TAKE A PHOTO I advise everyone to take pictures even if just for their eyes only. People say they haven’t lost inches when they measure themselves, when they send me the pictures and I put them together you can see the difference. Marking and measuring is the key to getting your results right......Measure with a floppy tape measure just below the bust, on your waist and round you tummy - Mark with permanent marker pen both sides of your body on all 3 measurements so you know exactly where you have took the measurements from. Step 1: Go for a really hot bath or shower and exfoliate the area really well, I end up looking like a lobster!!! Step 2: Rub in the fluid quite hard then slap with your hand the areas covered as this stimulates the Lymphatic Glands - Really rub it in so it goes deep into your pores and leave it so the lotion is tacky (sticky) not wet. Step 3: Wrap the lowest area twice to anchor the bandage. Step 4: Wrap the bandage around again, slanting up while overlapping the anchor layer. Step 5: Continue wrapping the bandage upwards. Step 6: Finish wrapping with two straight wraps of the bandage and secure. Step 7: A layer of Cling film nice and tight. Now keep warm with a warm towel and dressing gown or something that will keep the heat in for 60 mins. Some get in bed for a hour with the TV on or read a book but the main thing is to keep snuggly warm. You should feel a cold sensation where you have applied the lotion (some say tingling). Then take bandages off and Re-measure. TAKE ANOTHER PHOTO Re-measure again in the morning and again 3 days later as the product continues to work - ensure you keep drinking the 2-3 pints of water or diluting juice (sugar free) in water and when u shower dont have it hot and try leaving your tummy area alone so the product stays in your pores. Guidelines for wrapping different areas on your body:- Tummy:-1 section of lotion Arms:-¼ section of lotion (total ½ section) Thighs:-½ section of lotion on each leg (total 1 section) Bum:-½ to 1section of lotion Chin:-¼ to ½ section of lotion.
