INTERMEDIATE POLE ROUTINE Hi guys! By request, the plan for the routine is to continue with last months Kings of Leon routine so we can try to finish the whole song instead of doing a new routine. So, this week are are going to recap the first part that we learned last month and then next week we will do the rest. So this weeks classes will be the same as normal, with 15 mins at the end for recapping the routine. This will also help people who missed it last time! This means that we dont spend loads of time in the actual routine week recapping Part 1 and we can focus on Part 2 next week!
