INTERNAL MEMO TO: ALL MOSQUITOES FROM: HOUSE HEAD SUBJECT: WARNING It has come to my notice that your population has increased significantly over the past two months. I am impressed by your fertility rate. However,i am not impressed by the manner you go about feeding on my blood and that of my household. I understand that our blood is quite nutritious and delicious, but that does not warrant the unprofessional behaviour you have been engaging in lately. First, you make a lot of noise at night in the process of feeding. Despite limiting your entry into the feeding area, most of you still gain illegal entry into the mosquito net and engage in your unharmonious singing. Secondly, you have continued to use blunt suckers when given the opportunity to feed. This behaviour causes pain and results in unnecessary swelling after your bite. Therefore, be warned that if you dont sharpen your suckers and keep quiet at night, we will be forced to take fumigation measures on all of you and clear all your illegal settlements around and inside the house. Nevertheless, I must commend your effort to restrict the women mosquitoes from the tribe of anopheles to feed directly from us. Continue sucking on their behalf to avoid infecting us with malaria.
