INTRODUCING THIS OPPORTUNITY Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities for this position include the following: • Select and package product, as customer requests • Maintain, fill and rotate product and displays properly • Maintain Publixs high standards for product freshness and sanitation • Prepare Deli special orders and party trays and • Operate cash register, meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, microwave, cutting tools, scales and other Deli equipment as assigned Minimum Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include: • Be at least 18 years old • Ability to read, write and do simple math problems • Ability to deliver friendly and courteous customer service • Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions as well as solve problems • Ability to work well with others and to be an effective team member Preferred Qualifications: The preferred qualifications for this position include: • Relevant deli or restaurant experience Compensation: • Minimum rate: $ 9.95 • Maximum rate:$15.00 Work Location: Searstown Shopping Center 3316 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, FL 33040 Our employment process: To be considered this position, you must go to a Publix in Key West and apply at a Job Application Center, a kiosk located in each store.
