Some of my friends who have booked is joining to check out the property too. Anyone wana join? Do tag along if you are free for a weekend retreat to BKK (Fri morning reach, Sunday night balik). Primary intention is to check out the subject property as well as to go Shopping, jalan jalan, makan makan and see see look look. Everyone that is going is a MILLIONAIRE (*in Baht).. Tsk tsk tsk.... At the same time we could learn from each other on sharing more about Property Investments experience. Like the past few times we had organised. I believe this kind of chance wont be very often to come around that everyone going are experienced Investors grouping up together and i personally think, for those who are really Passionate and interested in Investment should join and make this a fruitful trip, while learning from the experience people that is joining. Maybe they will share some little tricks with u during the trip.. Hahaha.. U may not know... LOL Btw, i also think that when u travel more often to big city, and keeping a close distance together with Expert investor, we will analyse and explain to that u will get to realise how people live in the big city and their cultures & development that impact the real estate industry. And then u compare back with our Malaysia KL. U will realise that Malaysia have such a huge room to grow as in Economy developments which will eventually lead to a big Leap in real estate pricing in Malaysia (Only the big city KL).
