INVITATION FOR GRADUATION DAY ON 13th JULY 2013 @ MALLAREDDY GARDENS, BOWENPALLY Dear All, Greetings from CMR Group of Institutions........... Congratulations for successful completion of your B.Tech/B.Pharmacy program. You are cordially invited for the Convocation Ceremony on 13th July 2013 along with your parents and siblings. Eligibility: The students who have successfully cleared all subjects are eligible. Also, students having 1 or 2 active backlogs in the entire B.tech program are also eligible as per the University exception as you can remove any of 2 subjects. Hence check with your department whether you are eligible or not in case of any doubt. Some important points to be taken into consideration by all the students: 1. Registration for the event will start from 9:00 AM and will end by 10:00 AM. Ensure that you should have completed your entry registration before 9:45 AM. 2. Discipline and decorum should be maintained throughout the program for the smooth running of the event. 3. After your entry registration at your respective college counter, collect your Robe. 4. After wearing Robe, you are requested to sit in your respective seating area allotted to your college & department. 5. After having fun with photos, return the robes safely to the concerned colleges registration counter. 6. Loss of robes or any damage will cost you a compensation of Rs.1000 per robe. 7. Lunch is arranged for both Students & Parents after completion of the program. Thanks to all and wish you a enjoyable time on 13th July 2013.
