Guosa Language International Conference is inviting Keynote Speakers, Chief Guest Speakers, Guest Speakers, Observers and participants from all over the world, to brainstorm on finding an Authentic Indigenous Lingua Franca for the West Regional Countries of Africa or the (ECOWAS). Guosa is a language evolution from the West Africans, by the West Africans and for the West Africans. This is linguistic, artistic, scientific, cultural, tourism and technological democracy in historical time line of coming together as truly independent nations of Africa. Linguists are convinced that people’s thought process in the languages of their motherland are more complete, easier, faster to learn, more informative and intra-cultural sense of unity than when they speak other languages that have no identical traditional roots to their ethnicity. There are many ethnic languages, dialects, fractional tongues in Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, all other ECOWAS nations of Africa. The Guosa language evolution covered over 200 of these diverse languages, beginning with only two at the historical beginning. Guosa is made up of carefully detailed units of different ethnic languages and dialects. The aims and objectivities of are to enable the West Regional Countries of Africa popularly known as the ECOWAS, and Africans communicate in one common indigenous language and unity. This will in the long run usher in the much needed unity, identity, political stability as well as African Industrial Revolution, AIR. METHOD OF ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION AND PAPERS PRESENTATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Abstracts must be typed in double lines spacing, 10 or 12-points font, not be more than one regular page of 8½”x11” in length and must be submitted by e-mail to: guosa-language-intl-conf@live. without audio visual attachment. For faster result do not submit your abstract to guosa-language.tv@live; and do not send your abstracts or papers to the organizing committee by regular mailing. All conference papers for presentation must be typed in double lines spacing, 10 or 12 points font, not more than three pages and without audio visual attachments. It must address the need for a common, indigenous lingua franca for the Economic Communities of West African States (ECOWAS); that Guosa language, fully developed should represent an authentically evolved means of communication to fill this void. Explain how you thing the Guosa language can progress further, to meet the challenges of its evolution. Cite case studies and similar experiences, relative to this subject matter; as well as other possible issues against the language that should be addressed in other to achieve the desired purpose of the language. After pre-qualification, applicants will be notified, within 30 days of their abstract submission. At this point, an invitation letter to participate in the Conference will be issued to successful prospects who paid the applicable conference fees listed below. Payment Methods: The Guosa Educational, Scientific & Cultural Institute, Inc. is a United States 501C non-profit agency. We receive charity donations, grants, gifts, awards etc to carry out our various research projects including charity. CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION ADMINISTRATION FEES; UC-Berkeley students and all linguistic department students resident in the United States of America are invited to the conference for free. However, they will pay half of the registration fee of $100. International participant fee is $500 each. However, if you would like to have us arrange for your accommodation, transportation and sight seeing trips around the San Francisco Bay Areas for one day during the conference for additional fees of $1,500, please feel free to get in touch with the conference organizers. Fees collected will be disbursed for administrative purposes of the program and participants. Guests are advised to make adequate arrangements for their accommodation and feeding throughout the duration of the conference. For further inquiry please contact the Organizing Committee at (510) 225-9172 Ext. 3 Invitee who do not wish to present any papers at this time may attend the language conference as regular participants or observers by paying the Conference fee of $500 before the 90 days to the conference. REFUNDS There is no refund of payment. However, intending guest speakers and regular conference participants who are unable to attend after paying the applicable Conference participation fees will be given opportunities to re-apply for the Guosa Language International Conference for three consecutive Conference years until they are able to attend the conference. Thereafter if they are unable to meet the entry qualifications and attend the conference for whatever reason(s) including but not limited to immigration visas denials etc; all fees and applications will expire and disqualified permanently. Those disqualified or expired permanently from taking part in the Conference may re-apply in the subsequent conferences by following all the rules and regulations listed in items 1-6 of this information. Intending participants who are unable to attend the conference due to visa denial may be given a $500 refund on written request and upon presentation of a copy of visa denial from the consular offices of their country of origin to the Guosa Language International Conference Organizers, 1332 E. 26th Street, Oakland CA 94606 on or before 60 days after the conference.
