IPTA-do this first Never attempt to apply before doing this-chekng the SYARAT KHAS PROGRAM some students are still asking me on how to use the UPU web to check the syarat-sharat khas program -ok these students may follow the following steps : Open the UPU web : upu.moe.gov.my/web/ then click on Panduan Permohonan IPTA OR on the following link https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/emas/index_epanduan.php after that click on the arrow on right side of Pilih maklumat dalam e-Panduan then click on syarat khas program ........then click on Sila Pilih Program Pengajian then click on SPM/Setaraf or STPM/Setaraf then click on MASUK now click the relevant category under :IPTA,KATEGORY,ALIRAN,FAKULTI OK now under, Paparan SYARAT AM & KHAS Program Pengajian Pendidikan you click YA at a time and TIDAK at another time. while you are doing these entries-one change effect the earlier entries,so check back every entry. everyone can check the SYARAT-SYARAT KHAS-we dont need to have the BSN PIN
