IS ALLAH EVERYWHERE? The belief that Allaah is Everywhere is a great sin in the Sight of Allah, it lead anyone who claim it to the great Fitnah; becouse he denies what Allah Taaalaa revealed in the Quran and what is confirmed by The Blessed Light [who brough guidance unto mankind, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam]. Shame is he who claimed to be Muslim but says ALLAH IS EVERYWHERE while Firaun (Pharaoh) who claimed DIVINITY and LORDSHIP for himself confirms that Allah is ABOVE THE SKY (HEAVEN), as Allah told us in the (Quran 40:36-7): Pharaoh said, Oh Hamaan, build a lofty place for me that I may attain the ways. The ways of (reaching) the HEAVENS for me to be hold the God of Moses, for I certainly believe he is a liar.... If anyone denies that ALLAH IS ABOVE THE SKY (FIS-SAMAA) or try to claim that ALLAH IS EVERYWHERE he had surely denies the following verses: ¤ (Quran 35:10): Every good saying goes up to Him. ¤ (Quran 6:18 and 61): He is al-Qaahir (the irresistable) above His worshippers. ¤ (Quran 16:50) Those who fear their Lord who is above them. They claimed that Allah is Everywhere but they still believed that: Prophot (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) made a MIRACULOUS ASCENSION (MIRAAJ) up through the seven heavens to the Pinnacle of Creation, and this was bestowed on him and it was there where the Salah (formal prayer) was made compulsory five times per day. Allah spoke to Him (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) directly, and Allah revealed to him the last verses of Suratul Baqarah as stated in both Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Therefore, if Allah is everywhere there would have been no need for Him (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) to go anywhere. He could have been in the direct presence of Allah on the earth in his own house. Therefore, as was mention in some verses, Allahs closeness to us should be understood that they are telling us that NOTHING ESCAPES HIS KNOWLEDGE, SIGHTNESS AND HEARING, becouse He has full knowledge of all things, He is all hearing and all seeing but not His SUPREME BEING is present in this world or close to us. ______________________________________ Abu Hurairah reported that Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said (A group of) angels stay with you at night and (another group of) angels by daytime, and both groups gather at the time of Asr (evening) and Fajr (down) prayers. Then those angels who have stayed with you overnight, ASCEND (to Heaven) and Allah ask them (about you) though He knows all about you... It has been narrated in both Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim that, Prophets Wife, Zaynab Bint Jahsh (who) used to BOAST to the other Wives of Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) that Your families gave you away in marriage to the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) while Allah FROM ABOVE THE SEVEN HEAVENS gave me away in marriage to the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam). However, Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) taught us to say (when we are sick): Rabbana Allah allazii FIS-SAMAAI Taqaddasasmuk... (Our Lord Allah WHO IS ABOVE THE HEAVENS may your name be Holy ...) It has been collected by Muslm in his Sahih that Muawiya Ibn Hakam (radiyallaahu anhu) come to Prophet with the story that he gave his servant girl a terrible slap in her face... Then He (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) considered it a grave thing. He (Muawiya) then said O Messenger of Allah couldnt I free her? Then Prophet asked to bring her to Him, after then; He asked her Where is Allah? and she replied, #FIS_SAMAA (Above The Sky).... At last the Prophet said, Free her, for verily she is a true believer. Beloved Brothers and Sisters, Do you think that if Allah is everywhere Prophet would accept her answer? I am sure if she is wrong He would have had to correct her answer ABOVE THE SKY. But He (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) not only accepted her statement, but He also used it as a basis for judging her to be a true believer. However, al-Balakhii asked Abu Haniifah his opinion of a person who says he does not know whether his Lord is in the heavens or on earth. Abu Haniifah then replied, He has DISBELIEVED, becouse Allah has said The Most Merciful is above the throne, and His throne is above His seven heavens. He then asked again What if he said that He (Allah) is above the Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on earth? He (Abu Haniifah) replied, He has DISBELIEVED, becouse he has denied that Allah is above the heavens and WHOEVER DENIES THAT HE (ALLAH) IS ABOVE THE HEAVENS HAS DISBELIEVED. May Allaah protect us all.
