*** ISC demo becomes exhibition piece at popular Norwegian Art Gallery *** Henie Onstad Art Centre, one of Norways most prestigious art galleries, is currently hosting an exhibition called Forms of Protest which includes a number of powerful images from the ISCs demonstration outside Chateau Neuf in Oslo in May 2014. The Norwegian artist behind this exhibition, Marte Johnslien, says in the gallerys brochure: For me it became an investigation of demonstrations as a form of protest featuring peaceful Buddhists as the main characters. They believe that the Dalai Lama is to blame for the suppression of Dorje Shugden practitioners, and that he can stop this persecution if he wants to.
