ISLAMABAD, September 14 Supreme Commander Hizb ul Mujahideen Syed Salah ud Din has warned if international community and Muslim Ummah don’t take any step for providing relief assistance to people of Held Kashmir marooned in the worst ever flood of history then millions of people may lose their lives. He went on to say India stored the water and then released it towards Pakistan which caused devastating flood. In fact India has adopted the strategy of using water bomb against Pakistan and giving no reply from Pakistan against this Indian move is tantamount to commission of criminal negligence, he added. He said this while addressing emergency meeting of Muttahida Jihad Council (MJC) here on Sunday. He stated flood has destroyed towns, villages of Srinagar, infrastructure, bridges, offices, electricity and communication system in the state and millions of people have been rendered homeless. He held that Indian government is paying no heed to this situation and on the other hand biased and sectarian electronic, print and social media of India is hurting Kashmiris. Why Pakistan is not coming to their aid, he questioned. “We the Kashmiris are grieved over massive destruction caused by floods in Pakistan”, he remarked. He appealed to all political and religious parties of Pakistan to shun their political differences and get united to extend help to the flood affectees. This is not proper time for staging dharnas or Inqilab marches or any electoral reforms and Pakistani leadership should focus on providing relief goods to their brethren trapped in flood water, he stressed. He called upon all Mujahideen to suspend their Jehadi activities in occupied Kashmir and use all their resources and energy in providing assistance to flood affectees.
