FI & Public Sector Head - DR & Haiti-13061791 Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITY Leverage global network to meet customers’ needs and develop linkages to deliver new and improved products. Assist with the development of strategic plans and initiatives that will generate sustainable and growth in revenue within acceptable risk parameters Proactively seek to develop innovative methods and frameworks to satisfy customer needs in order to achieve sustainable customer relationships Initiate and execute marketing strategies, credit policies and pricing structures consistent with institutional objectives, standards and local credit limits Maintain administrative procedures and controls in order to achieve risk asset quality Effectively contribute to the marketing of the Bank’s products and the focused development of new ones Implement and manage the marketing of the Bank’s Capital markets’ products to existing customers and prospects. Strong presentation and relationship management skills are essential. This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic and approachable style. Candidates must have effective persuasion skills, the ability to work effectively at the highest levels of the organization, and will display highly effective networking and influencing skills. This person will be comfortable acting as an agent for positive change with agility and flexibility. This individual will have proven Corporate & Investment Banking experience influencing geographically dispersed teams of world class professionals. Their experience will have been in highly respected diversified institutions with complex and diverse products and customers. He/she will have shown solid career progression within these well respected institutions and proven experience in a role with enterprise wide scope. This individual will be a member of the executive leadership team and will also interface with Corporate and Investment Banking leaders as Citi will be driving leading edge practices.
