ISO 1-2 bedroom for rent between Humble - Cleveland preferably all bills, for myself and wife, our budget is $450 max per mnth, we are currently livng in all bills paid, we had gas leaking from regulator and asked for this to be fixed during this time we are losing fuel, when it ran out early we were told they wont replace as we used it all to early knowing we had a leak, we were advised by fire marshall to put in writing requesting repairs be fixed and gas be replaced, 30 minutes after they recieved letter , they sent maintainance guy to replace regulator and gas, 2hrs later we get a knock at our door with 30 day notice to vacate property saying owner wants possession, they retalliated by means of 30 day given notice to vacate as of 12/02/14, (totally unfair) we had been asking to fix for a month ,for the first month we had no water or lights (have only had one lamp for entire 6 months) we are honest and responsible couple, we are now in desperate search of a cool landlord,if you are that person and want cool tenants and if you can help rehome us, please inbox me ASAP WE NAME AND SHAME: NEW CANEY TRAILER PARK ON 1485 The pic shown is one dumpster in the park of like 40 odd trailer homes , this dumpster is like this every week and i have seen syringe needles on the floor around this dumpster when there are kiddies playing every where, the owners cant even maintain this when clearly there is enough room to have two dumpsters. If they cant even take care of this how they gunna take care of their trailers.
