ISRE Dinner tonight was beautiful! My scripture class is the one thing Im going to miss the most about Sydney besides my family. They were the most amazing group of children from k-6 who knew next to nothing about Islam at the beginning of the year and to see them finish this wk knowing the 5 pillars of Islam in depth and about our Prophet saw makes all the sacrifice I made so worth it! The feeling I get from teaching scripture is an indescribable joy, planting the seeds of knowledge into these little minds that are craving to learn and just want to know more and more is the most rewarding experience ever. Our existence is Dawah I recommend scripture to everybody and anybody they are always in need of more teachers and if I could do it with no teaching experience at all, 4 kids and my own commitments then anybody can do it InshaAllah. đ
