Set up PC systems for new users and configure programs related to job responsibilities. Coordinate with PC vendors to resolve hardware-related crisis. Perform analysis on PC samples for technical evaluation; PC replacement for obsolete PCs. Overlook activities carried out on systems and maintain a backup to retrieve data during discrepancies. Troubleshoot basic network-related problems on the clients systems. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of additional hardware equipment. Prepare reports for hardware material and spare part requirements. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and minimum 5 years experience in a reputed IT organization.
