IT Help Desk Technician Four Seasons Sales and Service, Inc. Paris, TN 2/26/2014 Save Job Email Print Report Apply Now JOB DESCRIPTION Four Seasons Sales & Service, Inc., a leading distributor in indoor tanning, has an immediate opening for a full time IT Help Desk Technician to be based at our corporate offices in Paris, TN. This person will be part of a team responsible for providing support to the Paris location as well as two remote offices. Responsibilities include hardware, software and system support for all Four Seasons issued computer equipment and applications as well as our phone systems. The primary duties include: Normal work hours Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p CST. Weekend and after-hour availability will be required from time-to-time. Resolve hardware and software communications (telephone calls, voicemail and e-mail) directly from end users Provide application troubleshooting and training to end-users Administration of iSeries AS400 server Deployment of new user hardware, software and active directory user accounts Replaces all hardware/software as needed in a timely manner including the installation and configuration of systems Track all hardware and software inventory issued to employees Work with contractors and vendors when external help as required Train staff on hardware, software and network use Respond and remediate emerging threats or escalate to appropriate teams for resolution Participate in special projects as appropriate Maintain good working relationships with users, department managers, vendors and other IT professionals to continuously improve the ability of the department to meet its mission We offer: An outstanding opportunity for professional and personal growth Pay commensurate with experience Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD insurances Vacation and holidays ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) To Apply: Send a cover letter, resume and salary requirements in Word format to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] .
