When I dont do it, Im busy. When the other does it without being told, hes over stepping his bound. When I go ahead and do it without being told, thats initiative. When the other fellow states his opinion strongly, hes obstinate. When I state my opinion strongly, Im firm. When the other fellow overlooks a few rules of etiquette, hes rude.
