ITINENARY for Eid Shopping Venue : Kids Department Aeon Sunway Pyramid Date : 13th June 2014 Event : Eid Shopping Time : 1030-100pm 10:00 - 10:30 : Briefing for volunteers & shoppers at Blue Atrium entrance lobby LG1 infront of Aeon 10:30 - 1pm : Shopping 1 pm Photo Session with Leo & Leona 1:15 Giving out Goody bags from Aeon management 1:30 Giving out Duit Raya envelopes from contributors Session ends. Volunteers task: Volunteers will not handle any cash on that day. A separate counter will be open for us to do the check out. A budget will be given to you and please work within the budget. All attires to be brought to the counter for payment. Each volunteer will chaperone one child from the orphanage home to shop attires at their own choice. These children might also want to get themselves toys.Priorities are for clothes and shoes. Toys may be included if it is within the budget. Some of the kids might not want to buy clothes as they might want to spend it on food. Volunteers just have to be tactful. For those who wish to give cash to these kids please have it ready in an individual envelope. Duit Raya will be distributed after receiving goody bags from Aeon management. May our effort benefit others. Ameen. Notes * As at this moment we have 60 registered volunteers. 20 more needed. We also welcome cash contributors. Any amount is a good amount.
