ITS A HATRICK - HOW TO FUK SHIT UP FOR 3 DUNCE COPS HAVING TO DEAL WITH KARMA AFTER 3 YEARS.. JUSTICE/KARMA HAS NO TIMEFRAME ;) PC DAVID WRATTEN VW882 – REAR SEAT PASSENGER STATEMENT OF FACTS – MG11 STATEMENT VW882 1) PC Wratten, rear passenger sitting as per his own MG11, seated rear nearside, equipped with a Motorola handheld radio states, he was a VW EOS travelling opposite direction whilst seated in the rear. He says he saw the vehicle having to brake heavily in order to stop at a round about. Is PC Wratten a Basic or Response Driver? How did he know it was an EOS? How did he know the vehicle had to brake heavily? Bonnet dip?, road dust? Did officer Wratten seated rear N/S have a clear and unobstructed view at all times? He report’s as if he did, considering this officer was seated rear and secured with a seatbelt fastened with the pillars of the vehicle likely to obstruct such a view across lanes. The Focus is also likely to have had rear head-rest further obstructing this officers apparent clear and unobstructed view as described in his sworn MG11. When you add road furniture, it is highly unlikely and not plausible that PC Wratten had a clear and unobstructed view to make such detailed observations and then to swear such observations into evidence and give sworn testimony . If I may draw your attention to a stated case I am sure you maybe familiar with ; Quality of the Evidence - R v Turnbull 1976, 63 Cr App R 132 The guidelines in Turnbull are aimed at assessing the quality of the identification. The court said: "In our judgement when the quality is good as for example when the identification is made after a long period of observation, or in satisfactory conditions by a relative, a neighbour, a close friend, a workmate and the like, the Jury can safely be left to assess the value of the identifying evidence even though there is no other evidence to support it". "When in the judgement of the Trial Judge, the quality of the identifying evidence is poor as for example when it depends solely on a fleeting glance, or on a longer observation made in difficult conditions, the situation is very different. The Judge should then withdraw the case from the Jury and direct an acquittal unless there is other evidence which goes to support the correctness of the identification". 3) PC Wratten, rear passenger sitting as per his own MG11, seated rear nearside, equipped with a Motorola handheld radio states, he saw the rear brake light come on for a prolonged period? How long should someone brake? Is long and prolonged braking smother and safer? 4)PC Wratten, rear passenger sitting as per his own MG11, seated rear nearside, equipped with a Motorola handheld radio makes the following observations from the rear N/S position! By proxy PC Wratten MG11 statement highlights numerous hazards and provides additional evidence of Dangerous Driving! Frankly there is enough evidence here to bring prosecutions in the public interest. These points below are also taken verbatim from officer Wratten sworn statement. **PARKED TRAFFIC** **NARROW RESIDENTIAL STREET** **PARK AREA FREQUENTED BY CHILDREN** **PEOPLE ON BIKES** **PARK IN USE** **CONCEALED JUNCTION** Ironically Officer Wratten later in his MG11 makes a statement quote: “Speeds in excess of 70MPH in a residential area were excess and extremely dangerous as there might be school children playing.” How ironic it is that he was not thinking this seated in the rear of a police vehicle engaged in an unauthorised pursuit on a hunch, with his colleague driving at warp factor 9 just the minutes prior top saying that to me as documented in his MG11 statement. None of these officers had any regard for the public’s safety at all, double standards and a common theme with police officers! UNMARKED POLICE VEHICLE Verified by METPOL Engineers the police vehicle in question is a standard for focus and as such a standard vehicle. It does not operate with up-rated braking systems as with some high performance unmarked vehicles therefore special consideration has to be given to the braking and stopping distance at 75+MPH with the added weight of 3 occupants!!!
