ITS GYMJAMZ WEEK!! Just a reminder to everyone, this week it is our planned GymJamz fundraiser week. Every gymnast is invited to wear their PJs during training sessions. The idea is that the gymnasts get sponsored for a PJ wearing training session in hope of raising more funds towards our savings pot for a new facility. We need to move into a new home ready for January 2016, so as much money as we can raise is fantastic. Funds will be going towards new equipment, deposits, upfront rent etc. The minimum we ask for is 50p on the day of your GymJamz session :) OTHER REQUESTS - Are their any parents out there who are a registered accountant and auditor that would be happy to check and sign off our annual accounts (we have great book keeping) free of charge, as we are a non-profit organisation? We are happy to negotiate exemption from training fees. - Also, are their any parents who are experienced and familiar with business plans, funding applications, commercial property or planning permission with the council? Again we are looking for a group of volunteers to create a New Facility Committee who could assist and take lead in certain areas of the new facility project, to give expertise advice, leadership and take on important roles as I myself am finding it very difficult to find the time in the week to do a great job.
