First, Bachmann apparently didnt pay attention to the speech, because it was about work permits, NOT citizenship, and of course non-citizens still dont vote. Second, undocumented immigrants are not illiterate on the whole, and in fact a lot of the so-called Dreamers have become lawyers, entrepreneurs and engineers, which is hardly illiterate. Third, for the woman who blamed President Obama for the swine flu outbreak in 2009 and claimed that John Quincy Adams was the Founding Father who abolished slavery, to call anybody illiterate is a joke,
