Since he is a holy man, he can be assigned anywhere, or even demoted, but he will Burke at people just the same to make them holy. Hint: Just as Pope Emeritus promised and confirmed through action, his resignation from papacy does not diminish his concern and prayer for the Universal Church. Hence, the same can be said about Cardinal Burke. The Holy Spirit speaks through holiness and not through title or designation.
