“IT’S TIME TO ACT” MULTI MEDIA PRESENTATION COMPETITION (FOR ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS) THEME: “THINK GREEN & GO GREEN” 1. Objectives To conscientize, the nobleness of environment and need for protecting the mother nature To enhance the creative skills and competence of the college Students to have a pro-active attitude towards environment To motivate the youth for action to conserve, protect & restore the environment 2. Rules and Regulations All Entries must be register in our website marianspectra.org It is a competition for all the college students of Kerala and all the social work students of India. The duration of the video shall be 10 – 12 minutes. If the video exceeds 12 minutes there will be negative marks and if it exceeds 15 minutes it will be disqualified. A maximum of two teams each comprising of five students can participate from each college. The major objective of this competition is to enhance the creativity of the students and to create a social responsibility towards our environment protection. So this objective should resemble whole throughout the presentation. The presenting video should be genuine. Any duplication in the work will be considered as an act of plagiarism. All the phases of preparing video should be done by the participants themselves and it should be certified by the principal of the respective college. Once submitted for this competition the entry will be considered as the property of Marian College, Kuttikkanam. The entry (CD/DVD) shall reach the college office before 7th feb2014 by post or person. The entry shall be in Video (HD, MP4, MOV, MPEG format). Entry fee for the competition is Rs.100 and it shall be paid at the college office or by taking DD in favour of Marian College, Kuttikkanam payable at Peermade, if it is send by post.
