IV.ISTANBUL INTERNATIONAL CHORUS COMPETITION & FESTIVAL 21 – 26 JULY 2014 Introduction The year was 2011 and it was the first time in TURKEY and for our International Competition too. Our cause is getting together all groups from all over worlds and from Turkey as well. Purpose Second main thing is introduce our culture and show our historical and touristic place in Istanbul. Between 21-26 Julys we are gladly expecting you to our IV. Edition of our Competition. istanbulchorus Organization comitee are going to provide one english speaking guide to each Group They are going to give each Group participant medal and certificate for group, for highest scores for each category there will be ISTCUP and money prize (1st, 2nd, 3rd) HARMANCHORUS Culture Festival Organization was founded in 1987. Since 1990 has been arranging international culture festival. HARMAN culure Organized international events with different region municipalities in Turkey. Every year more than 60 groups from abroad coming to the festivals. Finally We just say this meeting will stay with you an unforgettable full of sweet memories for the rest of your life forever. PROGRAM: 1. DAY: all groups will arrive in Istanbul. 2. DAY: Groups will visit Byzantine historic district; Sultan Ahnet mosque - ST Sofia -Topkapi Palace - Grand Bazaar. 3. DAY: Rehearsal and Competition day – 4. DAY: Group’s free time - Boat tour at bosphorus - Festival performance municipality. 5.
