You press 1 and then 2 and then 7 and then some random account number followed by the hash key and then 5 and 4 and 0 and then finally star to go back to the previous menu to start it all over again! “The desire to talk to a fellow Human” increases exponentially while getting attended by a sweet voice - talking bot. They should just have 2 options: Press 1 to talk to a Robot Press 2 to talk to a Human Although their humans sound like robots too!
