Iam going to help manage pain in Zambia through hospice. If Dr and Mrs Christine Kaseba Sata agrees to be the medical director of my hospice, each time she gives a prescription to someone, if the dosage is 12 hrs apart, she will still leave a window open for a Prn dosage in case the person suffers pain before the next dosage. This is why I question the Electoral commission in Zambia. How come the commission has never worked on leaving a widow open for people to register for voting whenever they feel like? Why do people have to register when it suits the Electoral commission? Voters registration should be an on going process whether there is an election or not!!!
