Ibori must face trial for corruption in Nigeria, Appeal Court rules** A Court of Appeal sitting in Benin city the Edo state capital yesterday May 15th ruled that former Delta state Governor James Ibori has a case to answer concerning allegations of financial impropriety and money laundering leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. The Judgementwas unanimously given by a 3-man panel made up of Justice Ibrhahim Saulawa, Justices P. M Ekpe and H. A Barka.
