Id be lying if I said using weights and getting on a protein supplement system has never crossed my mind. It actually seems to be something I might actually do since going absolute beast mode is my next intention (still under consideration). I really feel I need more of a transformation in my stubborn calves since they are the only muscle group that dont want to grow as much as everything else. Im going to punish them triple the tention for the next 2 months if that doesnt work well I guess its to the weights and protein shakes. For those that workout with or without wights... Which muscles do you find most difficult to develop??
