Id feel worse about the ferguson thing if it werent for a couple of things... 1. To prove a point that violence isnt the answer, you are going to use violence to not only hurt your fellow man, but to destroy the city you live in. Totally makes sense. Never mind that the brown family has begged on several occasions to, if you are going to protest, protest peacefully. 2. Too many people are using this death, whether deserved or not, as a political grandstand and a reason to devolve into mob mentality. Chaos begets chaos and those who are destroying this city live for it. I applaud those who are peaceful but firm in what they believe. 3. If your focus is to improve police and community relations, you probably shouldnt be destroying the city they are supposed to protect. People losing their livelihoods due to looters and gang members cheapening this cause that so many want to get behind by hurting people and destroying what they care about isnt going to help ANY PART of the situation. Ugh. And cut it out with the burning of the American flag. If you dont like it, go try your lot elsewhere. I assure you that the shit you are pulling wouldnt even be slightly ok. While a life was lost, it doesnt make it ok to endanger a whole city. Mirror mob mentality is a terrifying phenomenon.
