Id like to take a moment to tell you about my company. Because 4 years in, Im still in shock. My company not only trains its associates on technology, it trains them on real estate related skills, hiring, training, business development and leadership. Not only that, but the founder (Gary Keller) wrote a class called quantum leap. Is it a real estate class? No. Is it a script class? No. Is it a technology, business, or skills related class? No. Its a class that helps people find (among many things) the principles to live a fulfilled and happy life, to identify and pursue their higher meaning and purpose in life, and to break it all down into easy steps so that everyone can do it. Never in my life have I seen a company so invested in its associates that it researches, writes, and teaches a class on HOW TO BE A BETTER PERSON and HOW TO LIFE A LIFE OF HIGHER PURPOSE. Seriously.... Im still in awe of this company and its leadership.
