Ida made a lousy gunfighter in the old west. My equipment would have never been ready...out of bullets...sticky holster...loose belt...it would have always been something1another laptop last night....third one in 18 months. Granted the first two went down from pure negligence. They succumbed to death by carbonated beverage spilled on the keyboard. But this last Toshiba crashed from...well...I thought it was running a little slow. Now, through the years, I have been able to make about anything work. Twin engine pulling tractors...dirt late model stock cars...antique John Deere tractors...I even put a 3 hp Briggs and Stratton engine in my Radio Fler wagon. But computers....bah, humbug! I though mine was running a little slow last night, so I took it upon myself to give it a tuneup. To make a long story short...after five hours of fumbling around....BLANK SRCEEN! Not real sure which button I hit, but I wiped er clean. Yup...its like looks like a banana crème pie pan that was circulated at a Weight Watchers meeting....cold and empty! Well, without my computer is like...well, I just cant function properly. I mean, gee whiz...I gave up smoking....drinking...Harley Girls and Strippers...how much can one man endure? So.... I went to Walmart...which is a whole other story in itself, and Im back online. Gotta go, though. Gunfight at the OK Corral is coming on!
