If I compare my joy and happiness before when i was single and just starting my professional life, to where I am now that i am married and in a middle of an exciting entrepreneurial journey, I would actually say - It is the same. I was happy and joyful before with much less earthly possessions as I am happy now that I have a bit more. I was happy back then riding at the back of a jeepney to Buhangin Davao City after a day in law school and I am happy now driving with Tricia going home after a days work. Joy i believe is never found in our circumstance. Joy is in what is constant- love, hope, and faith. Happy weekend friends. May we be like a tree planted by streams of water. Lets us ponder on these words: Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.
