If I had one wish to looking back as my time as a professional - TopicsExpress

If I had one wish to looking back as my time as a professional footballer it would be that I had met Phil Richards at the beginning of my career before my knee injury. when I met Phil my body fat was too high for professional sportsman and I had the strength of a 12 year old boy, not only that I had virtually no strength in my injured leg not. The most disappointing thing was that I had accepted my situation; I was finished, I had given up hope of a return to premier league level. after working with Phil my transformation was nothing short of remarkable my diet was transformed I was eating lean and clean and looking the leanest I had ever looked, my body fat came down at a rate of knots and I felt great, the supplementation program had me sleeping longer and waking with a spring in my step looking forward to my breakfast.... beef stir fry! my strength program had me loving my sessions and seeing and feeling real size and strength gains this had an immense impact in my psychological mind set. I was beginning to look like an incredible athlete but equally I felt like one, more importantly Phil had me believing I felt like one, more importantly Phil had me believing I was one and that is a wonderful and unique gift that only very few people have that power to make other people believe they can achieve special things. Phil has that power and he helped transform someone the verge of retirement to some who continued to play at the highest level for many more years! Thank you Phil David Thompson (Ex England, Liverpool, Blackburn & Bolton)
