If I have knowledge/information and I cannot transform this knowledge into skills and apply it on the ground this knowledge is like a fish in the bottom of the sea which I cannot cook and eat. News/knowledge/information are useless without application. I suggest, I think, in my opinion, I believe, I know, I recommend, are easy pharases to start with. We must suggest practical things, and openly announce our role, we must think logically , our opinion must be informed opinion,our beliefs must be visible in our own actions, our recommendations must be viable, and all these must reflect my role.
