Attn: Manukau Road Runners: Please note new changes to times and groups on Saturdays. Running is fun and once it is accepted as part and parcel of keeping fit, its a lifetime asset that you will love!! Believe me!! Meet: Anderson Park- Hill Park Duration: 1 hour only and runs for 10 weeks with one week break before next block session. Benefits: Each member gets a designed program to assist during week and any events. 6am-7am: Will be for runners that have done 1/2 or full marathons or can clock a 10k under 1 hour. 7am-8am : Will be for beginners or intermediates or people looking at starting out in running. The times or groups above will ensure all are within their designed groups and do not feel they are out of their comfort zones when running.
