If I have my way,it‘s only governors with legislative background like Gabriel Suswam,a Lawyer and former Law Maker,that will be allowed to transit from executive to legislative positions.Any wonder that former governors featured prominently in the recently released list of dormant Senators?And most importantly,these former governors who will always install their cronies as their successors,will never make any law that will not favour the governors,which will ultimately favour the masses,like the LGA Autonomy bill,etc being agitated for. But a situation where the governors are the lords and emperors of their states,even the crudest of then like Babangida Aliyu would want to become senators.And sure they will either by hooks or crook! Sad!!!!
