If I hear just ONE more reporter so blithely assert that the Hamas charter calls for the killing of all Jews, I might explode! Have they read the charter? I spent a semester studying the Hamas charter, in the original Arabic, on a granular level, and I didnt find that call. In fact, in my final paper I argue that the Hamas charter shows real respect for Jews and Judaism, and differentiates clearly between Jews as coreligionists - People of the Book - and Israeli Zionists as illegal occupiers. I would share my paper, but its in Arabic....
