If I was coaching you at the gym and you held onto the treadmill while you ran or touched the treadmill while on incline Id happily pull a Jillian on you ans say LET GO....NOW!!!!!! dont impress me with your incline or speed if you cant let go! Its about true effort in what you can handle! Its also a huge factor in injury prevention! The twark on all your body parts from holding can injur you! Be careful!
